Requirements
- University degree in Economics, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
 - At least 3 years of professional experience in Human Resources, ideally as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
 - Experience with SAP HR SuccessFactors Recruiting and/ or Analytics
 - Project management knowledge, preferably with certification
 - Strong affinity for HR processes and systems
 - Authentic and business-fluent communication skills in English, German would be beneficial
 - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, along with a comprehensive understanding of
