Customer Supply Chain Partner
The Customer Supply Chain Partner is the key liaison between Müller Milk & Ingredients and select customers, ensuring seamless end-to-end supply chain operations and strategic alignment. The role involves acting as the primary supply chain contact for MMI retail customers, leading performance reviews, and managing business change communications.
Requirements
- Experience in FMCG, customer service, or account management
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent communication and influencing abilities
- Understanding of internal and external supply chains for retail product delivery
- Experience with SAP, AS400, or COGNOS is desirable
- Numerate, problem-solver, resilient, proactive, and able to manage priorities under pressure
- Willingness to travel for site and customer visits
