• 7+ years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience

• Exceptional communicator, able to pitch hard-to-reach talent and sync with execs
• Resilient and resourceful, able to make progress even when facing ambiguity or limited direction
• Zero-to-one operator, able to thrive in ambiguity and build systems from scratch
