Meet and learn from individuals from Solution Engineering and supporting departments to understand how the organization is structured and works together. Develop, mature, and maintain enablement processes, workshops, and content. Govern and curate our content and knowledge management process and related assets. Identify and collect north-star metrics and data of KPIs and programs. Produce world class enablement events. Illustrate and act on said data to improve processes and programs.
