• Assist customers in navigating our website and online shopping process
• Resolve customer issues and complaints, escalating when necessary
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Track and maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Proficient in typing and knowledge of chat platforms
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus
