Role Overview
As anFX Sales Education Broker, you will be responsible for promoting and sellingCPD-certified trading coursesand subscription access to our trading platform (Forex Masterclass), a leading educational and fintech solution for aspiring traders.
You will work withwarm incoming leads—no cold calling. Full product and sales training will be provided to help you succeed in your role. This position is ideal for someone with strong sales experience who is enthusiastic about trading and financial markets.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with inbound leads and convert them into paying customers
Conduct discovery calls to understand prospects' needs and match them with appropriate education packages
Deliver tailored product presentations via zoom or phone
Follow up on leads in a timely and professional manner
Work closely with marketing to provide feedback and optimise lead generation efforts
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports
Stay up-to-date on course content, fintech platform updates, and industry trends.

Requirements
Minimum2 years of sales experience, ideally in B2C or educational/financial services
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working remotely and independently in a results-driven environment
Experience or interest intrading, finance, or investingis highly desirable (but not essential – training will be provided)
The ability to learn new systems quickly
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Fluent in English, both written and verbal
