Position Summary:
The Remote Online Chat Support Representative will serve as the first point of contact for customers reaching out through online chat. This role requires excellent written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a friendly, professional tone while providing timely support and information to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via online chat.
• Provide accurate information about pool maintenance services, scheduling, billing, and general pool care.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting minor issues and escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations and customer requests in the system.
• Stay up-to-date on company services, promotions, and policies.
• Ensure every interaction delivers a professional and positive customer experience.
• Collaborate with office staff and service technicians to resolve customer needs quickly.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in customer service, online chat, or support roles.
• Strong written communication skills with attention to detail.
