Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients in both Spanish and English.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to property and casualty insurance products.
• Resolve customer issues and provide timely solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on outstanding issues.
• Navigate various software systems to access customer information and process requests.
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations affecting insurance products.
Requirements
• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Licensed in Property and Casualty insurance in the relevant state(s).
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in both languages.
• Ability to operate a computer, keyboard, telephone, headset, and other office equipment.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry.
Nice-to-haves
• Previous experience in a remote customer service role.
• Knowledge of insurance policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
