It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they are doing!<br><br>We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Able to deployment up to 3 RTLS software solutions independently. </li><li>Participate in pre-sales activities such as demos, strategy sessions, and quoting support </li><li>Lead project kickoffs and workshops with internal and customer stakeholders </li><li>Conduct technical assessments, workflow mapping, SOP creation, and training planning </li><li>Deliver training for end users, admins, engineers, and partners </li><li>Coordinate go-live readiness and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation </li><li>Lead post-go-live hyper care, including lessons learned, open issue resolution, and clinical training </li><li>Track metrics and contribute to Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) </li><li>Provide customer feedback during New Product Development (NPD) </li><li>Maintain oversight across sales, support, education, and product teams </li><li>Serve as a strategic advisor to customers and internal teams </li><li>Engage with diverse personas—from clinical and operational staff to technical users </li><li>Communicate complex solutions clearly through presentations and documentation </li><li>Collaborate crossfunctionally with Sales, Implementation, Training, Product, Support, and Education teams </li><li>Contribute to internal and partner education materials and delivery </li><li>Participate in solution design and integration discussions with stakeholders <br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications & Skillsets<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, education, business, or related field—or equivalent experience </li><li>Experience in customer success, implementation, consulting, or training roles </li><li>Familiarity with healthcare environments and workflows preferred </li><li>Background in clinical, operational, or enterprise technology is a plus </li><li>Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills </li><li>Project management and change management capabilities </li><li>Process mapping and clinical workflow alignment </li><li>Innovation, critical thinking, and problem-solving </li><li>Customer-focused with service excellence mindset </li><li>Ability to balance strategic thinking and tactical execution </li><li>Growth mindset with interest in technical and operational development </li><li>Comfortable with training tools and platforms; LMS experience preferred </li><li>Interest in expanding knowledge of AI, analytics, and integration platforms <br><br></li></ul>If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!<br><br>Not the right fit?
