Marketing & Operations Virtual Assistant

What We’re Looking For:
• Fluency in English and a high level of writing ability.
• Proficiency with Google Suite tools like Docs, Sheets, and Forms, with a meticulous eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks with competing deadlines.
• Creativity and experience in content creation for social media management and email marketing.
• Availability to meet and provide deliverables during standard EST working hours (9am-5pm).
What You’ll Be Doing:
This role will provide a mix of marketing and operational responsibilities, giving you diverse experience and the opportunity to showcase your creativity.
Your marketing tasks will include:
• Setting and following a marketing calendar
• Assisting in the creation of social media content
• Creating and scheduling email marketing campaigns
• Engaging with audiences on social platforms
Your operational tasks will include:
• Coordinating schedules for meetings, projects, and events
• Managing email inboxes and correspondence to ensure professional and timely communication
• Collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to support key initiatives

Role Details:
• Type: Part-time
• Compensation: $20/hour
• Time Commitment: Flexible hours (5-10 hours/week), with occasional peaks leading up to and during our annual virtual conference.
• Location: Remote
