Global TA Tech Strategy & Operations Program Lead
Description:
• Lead and manage strategic projects to optimize technical talent acquisition lifecycle
• Analyze complex technical recruiting data
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize recruiting technologies
• Establish and maintain regular reporting mechanisms
• Provide insights to senior leadership
• Contribute to the implementation of RPO strategy
• Facilitate working sessions with recruiting teams
Requirements:
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in program management or strategy & operations
• Proven track record of driving process improvement in high-growth tech environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced experience in data modeling, statistical analysis, and reporting tools
• Deep expertise with ATS and CRM systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
