This role ensures that inquiries are answered quickly, accurately, and professionally, helping maintain smooth project operations and employee support services. The specialist will handle technical questions, system access issues, and general company information requests, escalating when needed. The role requires strong written communication, multitasking ability, and a customer-focused mindset. Key Responsibilities • Respond to inquiries through live chat and messaging systems in a timely manner. • Provide guidance on system access, HR tools, and project information portals. • Document chat interactions and resolutions for tracking purposes. • Escalate technical or project-specific questions to appropriate departments. • Monitor multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining accuracy. • Assist with FAQs and knowledge base updates to improve self-service resources.
