Type: Part-Time Employee (~25 hours/week)

We are a growing recruitment services firm that partners with businesses to deliver targeted, quality hiring support. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team in a part-time employee role. This position offers a stable schedule, remote flexibility, and the opportunity to learn new skills — including recruiting support — with training provided.
If you’ve worked in customer service, administrative support, or coordination, or you’re a recent grad looking to start a career in an office/remote environment, this could be the perfect fit.
What You’ll Do
• Review and approve weekly client invoices before submission.
• Send reminders to clients with overdue invoices.
• Provide feedback on research work from our team.
• Organize and link qualified candidates to job postings in our system (training provided).
• Post job openings on our website and external boards.
• Review incoming applicants for general fit and organize their information.
• Conduct candidate searches using online job boards (training provided).
• Support additional administrative tasks as assigned – background checks, onboarding, etc.
What You Bring
• 1–3 years of administrative, customer service, or coordination experience — or a recent graduate ready to learn.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Comfort using email, Microsoft Office, Google Docs/Sheets, and other basic office software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work ~20-25 hours/week, Monday–Friday.
• A positive, dependable attitude and eagerness to grow in the role.
