About the position

Responsibilities

  • Engages clients as they enter the branch by welcoming them and managing lobby traffic.
  • Helps clients with everyday transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
  • Educates clients on the usage of technology self-service options like the Chase Mobile App and ATMs.
  • Assists with new account openings when needed.
  • Performs branch operations including managing cash devices while adhering to bank policies.

Requirements

  • 6+ months of customer service experience.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.

  • Ability to make personal connections and engage customers professionally.
  • Strong desire to influence, educate, and connect customers to technology.
  • Cash handling experience.
