Job Summary:

As an Entry Level Life Agent with Workwarp, you will be responsible for selling life insurance policies and other financial products to clients. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement sales strategies, build client relationships, and grow your business. We provide comprehensive training and support to help you succeed, including:

  • In-field training to help you develop your sales and customer service skills
  • Completion of the coursework necessary to obtain your state Life License and Investment Licenses (unless you are already licensed)
  • All required pre-licensing courses and state licenses are covered by the company

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide solutions
  • Sell life insurance policies and other financial products to clients
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations to promote products and services
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to maintain expertise

Essential Qualifications:

  • Must be 18+ (Federal requirement)
  • Must pass a state background check (no felonies)
  • Self-disciplined and self-accountable with a strong work ethic
  • Trustworthy and honest with excellent communication skills
  • Must live within the United States

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior insurance industry experience (not required but a plus)
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
