We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Finance Manager to join our Store Development Finance team, where you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

Job Summary

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Finance Manager to lead our Store Development Finance team. As a key member of our finance organization, you'll be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and support to our US Store Development organization. Your expertise will help drive revenue growth, profitability, and analytical rigor in all key decisions. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team: Manage a team of high-performing analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure quality and accuracy of deliverables.
  • Strategic Planning and Budgeting: Develop and manage annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and highly critical monthly/quarterly reporting to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Financial Analysis and Modeling: Conduct complex analyses of key performance measures to influence senior leadership decision-making and ensure the correct controls are in place in partnership with our accounting team.
  • Process Improvement and Change Management: Identify and implement process improvements, lead cross-functional teams to coordinate and provide guidance on strategic plans, and ensure effective communication and timely resolution of conflicts.
  • Business Requirements and Functional Expertise: Provide overall vision in creating and implementing processes/tools used in financial controls and financial plans, and support leadership by leading development of accurate and timely strategic plans, annual operating plans, and quarterly forecasting efforts.
  • Partner Development and Team Building: Challenge and inspire partners to achieve business results, conduct and ensure the completion of performance reviews, and create a fun and inclusive environment for partners to thrive.

Essential Qualifications

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced finance professional with:

  • 3-5 years of prior management or supervision experience
  • Progressive experience in financial analysis, modeling, budgeting, and business planning (5-7 years)
  • Applicable industry experience (3-5 years)
  • Contributing to and leading cross-functional teams (3-5 years)
  • Making recommendations to and influencing decision makers (3-5 years)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

We're looking for a candidate with:

  • Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
  • Ability to effectively present information to senior leaders
  • Ability to influence without authority vertically and horizontally throughout the organization and with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to lead others
  • Advanced Excel, statistical analysis, and financial modeling skills
  • Business analysis skills, with the ability to see implications and provide consultative solutions and recommendations
  • Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and manage projects
  • Ability to apply knowledge of multidisciplinary business principles and practices to achieve successful outcomes in cross-functional projects and activities
  • Ability to quickly identify the information needed to evaluate new business situations and to collect and organize appropriate quantitative and qualitative information
  • Working knowledge of Anaplan and Essbase/Hyperion preferred
  • Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Ability to develop innovative solutions and process improvements based on technical accounting knowledge, analytical skills, and understanding of financial systems
