About the position

Responsibilities

  • Providing guests with an excellent tasting and purchasing experience
  • Learning about wines, winemaking practices, vineyards, and history to confidently tell the TWC story
  • Effectively balancing multiple tables while delivering personalized experiences
  • Processing sales transactions and maintaining customer data in the POS system quickly and accurately
  • Performing opening and closing procedures, stocking wine, and moving cases, keeping guest areas and supply stations clean and well organized

Requirements

  • At least 21 years of age
  • 1+ years recent wine sales and hospitality/service experience
  • Reliably work 3-4 shifts per week as scheduled including weekends and holidays
  • Lifting 45 pounds repeatedly throughout a shift
  • Standing and walking for long periods of time
  • A gracious and professional demeanor
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and presentation skills
  • Able to navigate POS quickly and accurately for sales transactions and maintaining customer data
  • Following company policies and procedures
  • Sufficient wine knowledge, work experience, and physical ability to successfully perform the job
