As a Shelburne Falls Coffee Roasters employee, you will help our community and customers with our award-winning coffee and customer service expertise as a Barista.

Key Responsibilities are:
- Providing our customers with a positive experience
 
- Working closely with a team of coffee connoisseurs
 
- Taking on new tasks along with love to learn new things and new recipes
 
- Having a strong focus on quality and presentation of our offered products
 
- Keeping your work area clean during your shift
 
- Working efficiently and positively through busy times
 
Required Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge:
- The ability to stand for long periods along with some heavy lifting
 
- Strong interpersonal skills
 
- Ability to understand oral and written instructions
 
- Meet all policies and procedures set in your position
 
- Punctuality and long-standing good attendance
 
- Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and most holidays.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
