Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet visitors professionally, ensuring a warm and friendly first impression that reflects Accenture's brand values.
 - Manage the front office reception area efficiently, handling incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
 - Schedule appointments and meetings, maintaining accurate calendars and adhering to protocols to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
 - Process visitor registrations and ensure compliance with security measures, safeguarding the well-being of our employees and clients.
 - Provide administrative support to internal teams, including photocopying, document filing, and data entry, to facilitate their work and drive success.
