Job Summary
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via telephone and/or Internet (instant message, email). You will handle customer inquiries, resolve support issues, and escalate more complex product-related issues to appropriate departments. This role requires excellent customer service skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via telephone and/or Internet (instant message, email)
 - Handle customer inquiries and resolve support issues
 - Escalate more complex product-related issues to appropriate departments
 - Troubleshoot customer problems and determine resolutions
 - Track and document inbound support requests
 - Update customer information accurately
 - Meet job performance standards
 - Provide guidance and mentoring to less experienced associates
 
Essential Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
 - 18 years of age or older
 - Typing speed of at least 25 WPM
 - Comfortable with desktop computer systems
 - Experience in customer service preferred
 
Preferred Qualifications
- 6 months of customer service experience
 - Proficient in PC operation and navigation
 - Strong listening skills and logical problem-solving abilities
 - Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
