Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by responding to incoming calls, emails, and requests about installation, disconnection, or changes to service.
 - Instill confidence and loyalty in customers through thoughtful listening, utilizing knowledge of Verizon's products and services to effectively service and retain customers.
 - Identify customer needs and proactively offer Verizon's products and services to meet monthly sales goals and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
 - Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and disputes on service, billing, rates, adjustments, and policy issues.
 - Verify service order accuracy and completeness, making corrections/changes as needed.
 - Negotiate the collection of overdue bills.
 - Work evenings, weekends, holidays, and unscheduled shifts as determined by the needs of the business.
 - Manage various systems and work tools while engaging with customers on the phone.
 
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
 - Customer service call center experience; previous collections experience an asset.
 - Experience with selling products and services; customer service skills essential.
 - Demonstrated ability to communicate with detail and precision.
