**About the Role**
We are seeking a visionary and strategic HR Technology Roadmap Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing a comprehensive HR technology roadmap that aligns with AT&T's business objectives and HR strategy. Your goal will be to create a seamless and efficient employee experience that enhances operational efficiency and reduces costs. This role requires a deep understanding of HR processes, technology solutions, and a passion for driving organizational change.
**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Full Stack Solution Architect, your key responsibilities will include:
* **Strategic Planning and Roadmap Development:**
	+ Develop a comprehensive HR technology roadmap that aligns with AT&T's business objectives and HR strategy.
	+ Identify opportunities to consolidate and streamline existing HR applications to enhance the overall employee experience.
	+ Collaborate with key stakeholders to define the vision, goals, and success metrics for the HR technology transformation.
* **Technology Evaluation and Selection:**
	+ Conduct thorough assessments of current HR applications and identify redundancies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
	+ Research and evaluate emerging HR technologies and trends to recommend the best solutions for AT&T.
	+ Lead the selection process for new HR technology vendors, ensuring they meet the organization's requirements for functionality, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
* **Process Optimization:**
	+ Identify and implement best practices for HR processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
	+ Standardize and automate HR processes where possible to reduce manual effort and enhance data accuracy.
	+ Monitor and measure the impact of technology changes on HR processes and the overall employee experience.
* **Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:**
	+ Engage with senior leadership, HR teams, and employees to gather feedback and ensure alignment with the HR technology roadmap.
	+ Communicate progress, challenges, and successes to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
	+ Provide training and support to HR teams and employees to facilitate the adoption of new technologies.
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
* **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
* **Experience:** Proven experience (5+ years) in HR technology management, HRIS implementation, or a similar role.
* **Skills and Competencies:**
	+ Strong understanding of HR processes, systems, and best practices.
	+ Demonstrated experience in developing and executing technology roadmaps and strategies.
	+ Experience with ServiceNow and Workday is required.
	+ Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
	+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
	+ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
	+ Knowledge of emerging HR technologies and trends.
