Role Overview: High-Ticket Closer & Appointment Setter (Part-Time)
This is a performance-based role (commission + bonus to start, potential base after 2 weeks), perfect for a hungry, coachable, and driven professional ready to earn big while helping businesses grow. No digital marketing experience required — we’ll train the right person.
You'll be responsible for booking qualified appointments with warm and cold leads using phone calls, SMS, email, and DMs — and working closely with our CEO, Marketing, and Client Success teams to drive new client acquisition for our agency services.
Who We're Looking For
We’re hiring 2 part-time High-Ticket Setters and Closers to help us fill our pipeline with qualified sales calls for our in-demand lead generation and appointment-setting programs, serving clients in:
• Solar
• Roofing
• Med Spas / IV Therapy Clinics
• Functional Medicine / Healthcare
• Service-Based Agencies
• Coaches & Consultants
What You'll Be Doing
• Calling warm + cold leads to book high-quality strategy sessions
• Using social media DMs, email outreach, SMS, and CRM follow-up
• Following proven scripts (with flexibility to bring your own flavor)
• Building rapport, qualifying leads, and moving them to next steps
• Setting 3–5 appointments/day (average) with performance-based targets
• Closing 2-3 sales appointments a week (average) with performance-based targets
Compensation & Incentives
• $10 per qualified appointment set and shown
• Appointment Setters get 5% commission on all closed retainers (avg. $15,000 = $750 per close)
• Closers if you also close the appointment you get total of 10% commission on all closed retainers (avg. $15,000 = $1,500 per close)
• $100 monthly performance bonus
• Optional base pay: $500/month after 2-week ramp-up if KPIs met
• Potential weekly earnings: $1,000–$1,500+
Preferred Skills (Training Provided If Needed)
• Phone sales / appointment setting experience
• Strong spoken and written English
• Comfortable using social media, CRMs, Google Sheets
• Fast learner, great communicator, friendly & confident demeanor
• Coachable and reliable with a performance mindset
Hours & Flexibility
• 20–40 hrs/week (part-time to start with full-time potential)
• Flexible remote schedule (hybrid NYC office available if preferred)
