As a Customer Service Representative at Hobby Lobby, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service through email and incoming calls, responding promptly and resolving customer issues in a timely manner.

Essential Qualifications
