About the Role: Inbound Customer Service Agent - Appliance Delivery (Remote)
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Inbound Customer Service Agent to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers regarding major appliance deliveries. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading appliance company, develop your customer service skills, and enjoy a flexible work-from-home arrangement.
How You'll Create Possibilities
- After completing 5 weeks of comprehensive training, you'll utilize Windows-based programs and internal applications to provide top-notch customer service.
 - Assist customers through inbound telephone calls, addressing inquiries on appliance deliveries, product availability, delivery, and order processing.
 - Schedule deliveries, resolve post-delivery issues, and offer alternative resolutions to customer concerns.
 - Support Store Associates, Call Center Associates, and Consumers in all aspects of the delivery process, ensuring a seamless experience.
 - Create an outstanding quality service experience for GE Appliance consumers, advocating on their behalf across multiple internal departments to achieve satisfactory resolutions.
 - Perform other duties as assigned by Leadership, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt.
 - Meet all work schedule demands and obligations with compliance, integrity, and according to values, processes, and policies.
 
Requirements for a Successful Work-at-Home Experience
- Maintain a dedicated work area that is quiet and spacious enough to accommodate company-provided equipment.
 - Ensure a reliable and secure internet connection (local internet provider; no satellite or DSL connections allowed due to security concerns).
 
What You'll Bring to Our Team
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
 - Experience: 2+ years of sales or customer service experience desired.
 - Customer Service Skills: Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and resolving complex issues; ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations.
 - Technical Skills: Good typing ability and computer skills; comfortable navigating multiple online applications.
 - Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills; effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
 - Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate solutions clearly and concisely.
 - Adaptability: Ability to adapt to change, take direction from management, and work independently to achieve goals.
 - Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts; able to diffuse difficult situations and achieve satisfactory resolutions.
 - Attendance and Reliability: Proven attendance record showing dependability and accountability to work as scheduled.
 - Teamwork: Desire to work in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.

Compensation and Details
This is a full-time, remote opportunity with a competitive hourly rate of $15.00 plus incentives. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7AM to 6PM CST, with rotating Saturdays from 7AM to 4PM CST.
