Key Responsibilities

• Client Experience:
  • Engage with customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues and answer inquiries to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Model and convey client support best practices with all colleagues to deliver a distinctive and superb client experience.
• Tasks:
  • Provide customers with considerate, friendly, quick, and efficient service.
  • Recommend products available for purchase to customers and suggest upgrades and/or companion products.
  • Register client purchases on allocated sales register, collect cash, and dispense change as needed.
  • Maintain counters and retail spaces clean and well-merchandised, take inventory, and keep records.
  • Implement Organization resource security methodology to identify and minimize profit loss.
  • Ensure compliance with state and local regulations regarding controlled products.
  • Build and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, and super displays.
  • Assist with separation of food items and product placement according to policies/procedures.
  • Provide customer assistance in the photo area, including digital identification photo services.
  • Take on web get obligations, including monitoring orders and handling requests.
  • Help maintain a clean, sleek, and orderly store condition and appearance.
• Training and Self-Awareness:
  • Attend training and complete PPLs as requested by Supervisor or assigned by corporate.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Possess a Bachelor's degree.
• Be able to read, write, and communicate in English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Be willing to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekend hours.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly preferred:

• Six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Previous work experience with Walgreens.
