Account Manager- Entry Level
                                About the position
Responsibilities
• Engage with customers in-person in a professional, friendly manner
• Assist customers with product inquiries and provide an excellent customer experience
• Generate sales among customer accounts
• Answer customer inquiries and identify new business opportunities
• Work with the team on sales goals and business development needs
• Utilize sales software to track leads, update customer information, and manage accounts
Requirements
• Bachelor of Science degree preferred but not required with relevant work experience
• 0-3 years of relevant work experience, especially working with customers; restaurant and retail experience is a major plus
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Good negotiation skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage several different tasks at once
• Ability to work full-time and reliably commute to the office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals
