About the Job

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our team in a remote data entry and server farm operations role. As an IT Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the operational efficiency and reliability of our IT infrastructure, which supports our airport communication spaces. Key Responsibilities

• Provide IT administration of expert services, project management, and support to ensure the operational maintainability of the basic infrastructure that supports our airport communication spaces for Delta's IT Offices Group.
• IT administration of all site executions, inventories, system planning, monitoring, and prevention systems for maintenance and break/fix services for server farm basic infrastructure, IT accreditation labs, and remote communication room basic climate gear.
• IT support of IT labs to align our client application and design teams with workstations, equipment, and access to test their applications.
• Distant coordination with professional services responsible for basic framework maintenance and break-fix exercises at remote communication rooms.
• Management, operation, maintenance, and monitoring of all basic offices infrastructure for server farm and remote communication room gear.
• Improvement of server farm and remote communication room standards for space, power, cooling, and physical layer IT infrastructure.
• Support IT Offices ground fiber ring to maintain the reliability and service continuity of the Atlanta airport and grounds offices underground fiber ring.
• Suggesting and implementing departmental policies, procedures, standards, and methods.
• Ensuring compliance with all governing corporate policies and regulations.
• Project management of server farm and remote communication room guidelines capital upgrades, updates, and improvements.
• Determination of IT and basic offices services, ensuring accurate documentation, obtaining best prices for items and services, and ensuring that vendors meet their contractual obligations.

What You Need to Succeed (Essential Qualifications)

• Builds and maintains effective communication and relationships with supervisory team, vendors, and colleagues.
• Knowledge of server farm technology and basic offices infrastructure.
• Project management of remote communication room standards capital enhancements, upgrades, and improvements.
• Capital estimating and project management for airport basic hardware life cycle replacement.
• Support Corporate Land projects that relate to remote communication room design/operation as an IT Offices representative and on-site appraisal reporting.
• Space, UPS Power, and basic cooling capacity management.
• Determination of basic offices services, ensuring accurate documentation, obtaining best prices for items and services, and ensuring that vendors meet their contractual obligations.
• Oversees the planning, execution, and vendor support of the proper electrical power, A/C, fire suppression, security, floor support, and cabling programs for communication rooms.
• Provides proactive and break-fix support for alert/ticket remediation related to offices, remote communication rooms, lab, and server farm gear.
• Functional maintainability of airport basic climate framework.
• Fosters Plan Guidelines for Remote Communication Room Space, UPS, central air, Generators, and Fire Life and Security (FLS) frameworks.
• Remote coordination of airport basic framework maintenance and break-fix exercises.
• Survey/Store Support Records. Guarantees disparities are remediated.
• Provides remote Incident Management goal to airport basic hardware.
• Provides remote installation, setup, and operational support.
• Maintains strict adherence to change control exercises.
• Balances multiple needs within established time limitations.
• Adaptability to assist an activity with differing shifts, extended hours, and availability to work requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Consistently focuses on safety and security of self, others, and personal data.

What Will Give You an Upper Hand (Preferred Qualifications)

• IT Project Management experience with at least 3 years within a high availability communication room or potentially server farm operational environment, everyday operational requirements, and the operation of production systems and equipment.
