Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our team as an Order Fulfillment Specialist, responsible for managing the Corporate Import Demand process from start to finish. As a key member of our purchasing team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely order processing, data entry, and reporting. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute orders, request amendments, and new merchant account arrangements with all necessary import data.
 - Develop and maintain weekly schedules for order completion, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
 - Pack and verify data to ensure compliance with established rules and regulations.
 - Communicate orders consistently, maintaining high-quality results and work efficiency.
 - Collaborate with various internal teams to collect and enter data required for purchase order creation.
 - Raise system issues to the appropriate teams and follow up with stakeholders when necessary.
 - Regularly update all relevant teams on project/task status, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines.
 - Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to assist colleagues as needed, including covering for absences or supporting team members during peak periods.
 
Work Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- No less than 2 years of administrative experience, with new graduates considered.
 - HKDSE or HKCEE or above.
 - Conversational English skills, with additional language proficiency or Chinese language skills an asset.
 - Proficiency in MS Excel, with working knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint.
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build both internal and external relationships.
 - Ability to work independently, tackle problems, suggest, and implement solutions.
 - Detail-oriented, inquisitive, clear communicator, and driven individual.
