We're seeking an experienced and passionate Customer Experience Concierge to join our team as a Remote Jobs Chat Professional. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our Card Members, providing personalized support, and exceeding their expectations. As a Customer Experience Concierge, you'll be responsible for:- Welcoming and serving Card Members upon arrival at the Centurion Lounge, located in the IAH Airport
 - Providing exceptional service and support to Card Members, addressing their needs and concerns
 - Utilizing creative solutions to resolve client issues or concerns, ultimately building brand loyalty and advocacy
 - Employing the Client's First mindset in addressing client needs and expectations
 - Providing concierge and lifestyle suggestions, travel counsel, and reservation assistance
 - Collaborating with our food and beverage partners to meet the needs of our Card Members
 
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a premium service environment
 - Experience in a carrier, lounge, or travel industry setting, including reservation experience
 - The ability to think proactively and provide solutions to clients
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients
 - The ability to listen attentively to client needs and provide personalized recommendations, resulting in high client satisfaction
 - Strong technical skills, including the ability to use and adapt to various technology platforms in a client-facing environment
 - The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork
 - Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
 - Ability to lift light to moderate weights for specific work tasks
 
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:- Experience working in a similar role, with a focus on customer experience and service
 - Knowledge of the American Express brand and products
 - Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
 - Fluency in multiple languages
