Your Role: Remote HR Associate/Recruiter

As a Remote HR Associate/Recruiter, you'll be the driving force behind our talent acquisition efforts, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent to support our mission. Your responsibilities will include:

  • New Hire Recruiting:
    • Researching and creating employment opportunities to expand our pipeline of prospective employees.
    • Ensuring the quality of content and presenting Spectrum as an industry leader on various hiring platforms.
    • Advertisement, solicitation, vetting, and screening of prospective employees nationwide through various hiring platforms.
    • Scheduling and conducting phone and virtual interviews with prospective employees.
    • Notifying prospective employees of their potential employment status following interviews.
    • Maintaining communication check-ins with new employees for the first 90 days of employment.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Attending and actively participating in assigned meetings, taking notes, and providing updates.
    • Responding to written communications with accurate information and professionalism within 48 business hours.
    • Auditing HR performance management systems to ensure compliance and efficiency.
    • Assisting the HR Administrator with special projects and tasks.
    • Maintaining digital files and schedules to support HR operations.

What You Bring to Spectrum

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree (preferred) in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
  • A commitment to upholding Spectrum's mission and values, with a passion for improving the lives of children with Autism.
  • 1+ years of experience in healthcare-recruiting, preferably in a medium-sized organization.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt to different communication channels.
  • The ability to serve as a role model to fellow staff members, demonstrating the "Spirit of Spectrum."
  • A willingness to undergo a criminal background check as a condition of employment.
