As an HR Data Analyst, you will be an integral part of the HR team, working closely with stakeholders to identify business requirements, develop data-driven solutions, and provide actionable insights to drive HR initiatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Support HR Reporting Needs: Configure new reports, troubleshoot existing reports, and advise on potential reporting solutions available within Workday to meet the needs of various HR stakeholders.
  • HR Data Lifecycle Management: Extract, gather, and analyze data from multiple sources; prepare data for analysis; create metrics and analytics; and report information through data visualization techniques and advanced statistical analyses.
  • Consult with HR Stakeholders: Use data, metrics, and analytics to identify recommendations and feedback for HR policies and initiatives, and provide ongoing support to HR projects and initiatives.
  • Meet Business Requirements: Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand business requirements and generate data-driven solutions to drive HR functions and business outcomes.
  • Perform Ad-hoc Tasks: Carry out other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to interpret complex statistical data.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Present information and ideas clearly and understandably to various stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Excel Pivot Table; and knowledge of HRIS data and systems, including Workday.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Manage multiple assignments and tasks, prioritize, and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments.
  • Confidentiality and Accuracy: Maintain confidential information and demonstrate a high level of accuracy, even under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Master's Degree: A Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or a related field.
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint: One or more years of experience working with Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Workday Custom Reports and Calculated Fields: One or more years of experience creating Workday Custom Reports and Calculated Fields.

  • Competitive Compensation: A salary ranging from $60,000 to $75,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
