About the Role

As a Lead Client Solutions Executive 3, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering strategic business solutions to AT&T's customers. This direct sales position requires a strong and diverse skillset, including a deep understanding of our products, services, and solutions, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers. You will work closely with customers to identify their business needs and priorities, and develop tailored solutions that meet their evolving requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities with existing and new customers, leveraging your knowledge of AT&T's products, services, and solutions to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain a network of colleagues and customers to share information, obtain prospects, and stay informed about industry trends and customer needs.
  • Support the resolution of customer disputes and accounts receivable discrepancies, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
  • Develop and deliver product presentations, services, and migrations that benefit customer needs and drive sales growth.
  • Demonstrate a broad and strong working knowledge of AT&T's entire product and service line, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and innovations.
  • Partner with clients to understand their business needs, issues, strategies, and priorities, delivering valuable solutions that meet their evolving requirements.
  • Develop responses to Request for Proposals, showcasing your expertise and creativity in addressing customer needs.
  • Identify key trends and customer needs, leveraging industry knowledge and applications to close sales for assigned accounts in accordance with company policy, procedures, and culture.
  • Own the account relationship, responsible for meeting revenue objectives and demonstrating a sustained record of sales achievement.
  • Effectively influence customers, diffusing potential problems and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Develop strategic initiatives to grow and retain the revenue stream of assigned highly complex accounts/projects, while ensuring customer satisfaction with considerable latitude.
  • Support the sales team through coaching or mentoring, sharing your expertise and experience to drive team success.
  • Assist less experienced peers, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop in their roles.
  • Lead when presenting products and services to existing or prospective customers, showcasing your leadership skills and expertise.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • 8-12 years of direct work experience in sales or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
  • A strong understanding of AT&T's products, services, and solutions, as well as the telecommunications industry as a whole.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers.
  • A consultative sales approach, with the ability to identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop insights that inform sales strategies.

Compensation and Benefits
