Roles and Responsibilities

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with Headlight, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional mental health care to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Establishing positive, trusting relationships with patients
• Diagnosing and treating mental health disorders
• Creating individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and circumstances
• Providing regular counseling and therapy sessions, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
• Conducting ongoing assessments of patient progress
• Involving and advising family members when appropriate
• Participating in outreach and referral activities to support the broader community

Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

• A Master's Level Degree or higher in a related field (e.g., counseling, psychology, social work)
• A full, unencumbered PsyD, LMFT/LCSW/LPC license (dependent on office location)
• 2+ years of experience providing diagnostic assessment and therapy services
• The ability to maintain professional licensure and/or certification throughout your employment
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work collaboratively as a team member and guide or influence others

• A competitive hourly rate of $85 per billed hour, plus $30 per hour for all meetings
