Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the confidentiality of client records and treatment information, adhering to the highest standards of privacy and security.
- Build strong rapport with clients, creating a safe space for them to express their feelings and concerns, and helping them gain valuable insights into their emotions and relationships.
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments during intake through a combination of interviews, observation, and assessments to understand client needs.
- Assess clients for risk of harm to themselves or others, developing appropriate intervention strategies as needed.
- Complete all client-related paperwork accurately and efficiently, including mandated forms, diagnostic records, and progress notes.
- Utilize our Electronic Health Records system (Therapy Notes) for managing progress notes, telehealth appointments, calendar management, and assessments.
- Provide clients with relevant community referrals, resources, and recommendations to support their further growth and development.
- Work effectively with a diverse clientele, with a particular focus on supporting individuals and couples through challenging times.
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a Counseling-related field, demonstrating a strong academic foundation in mental health principles and practices.
- A current license (or provisional license) in North Carolina for counseling, clinical social work, MFT, or psychology, ensuring you're equipped to practice with autonomy and expertise.
- No current ethical or legal issues with licensing boards or governing entities, reflecting a commitment to professional integrity.
- A strong ability to build rapport, engage meaningfully during sessions, and maintain a high standard of integrity, alongside providing excellent customer service.
Preferred Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package that reflects your experience, qualifications, and the value you bring to our team. Pay tiers are as follows:
- Individual Sessions: $50-$70 per session.
- Group, Family, or Couples Sessions: $80-$100 per session.
- Non-Clinical Supervision Meeting: $35 per meeting.
