Job Overview

As an MES Software Deployment Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful deployment and implementation of our MES solutions for our manufacturing clients. You'll lead a team of deployment specialists, collaborate with clients to understand their needs, manage project timelines and resources, and provide training and support to ensure seamless adoption of our MES systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team of deployment specialists to deliver MES solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their manufacturing needs and tailor our MES solutions to meet their specific requirements.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful deployment and implementation of MES systems.
• Provide comprehensive training and support to clients on MES system usage and maintenance.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and project managers, to ensure successful deployment of MES solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest MES technologies and trends, including Wonderware MES, Apriso, or equivalent systems.

Qualifications and Skills

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in deploying and implementing MES solutions for manufacturing clients.
• Strong technical skills and proficiency in MES technologies, such as Wonderware MES, Apriso, or equivalent systems.
• Proficiency in SQL programming for data management and analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in window manufacturing or a related industry.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and technologies.
• Certifications or training in MES technologies or related fields.
