Job Overview

In this role, you will play a fundamental part in enabling our clients to take their medications accurately and achieve better overall well-being. As a Client Care Guide, you will be working from the comfort of your own home, with a flexible reduced-hour schedule that may start and end beyond typical business hours. This position is 30-39 hours per week, but may require extra or fewer hours due to business requirements. Key Responsibilities

  • Help clients and other counselors via telephone, email, and online with billing/insurance checks, products, or service questions
  • Manage both inbound and outbound calls, providing top-tier administration experience to our clients while working in a high-speed environment
  • Proactively identify solutions for questions you expect our clients to have in every interaction, adopting an engaged approach to resolving each issue from start to finish or escalating to pharmacists and pharmacy staff if clinical advisement is necessary
  • Assist with responding to client inquiries regarding their insurance and copays, as needed
  • Provide our clients with technical support while navigating pharmacy.amazon.com
  • Serve clients promptly to ensure we are building our relationship with them, recognizing that every interaction is an opportunity to construct a long-term relationship

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You should be highly organized, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
