Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Executive Recruiter to join our team on a remote basis. As an Executive Recruiter, you will be responsible for building your own book of business, sourcing top talent, and delivering exceptional service to our clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a portfolio of clients across various industries, utilizing your own lead generation methodology to drive new business opportunities
  • Source and attract top talent using our state-of-the-art technology systems, social media, and other innovative recruitment strategies
  • Conduct thorough interviews with candidates, assess their skills and experience, and present the best candidates to our clients
  • Deliver exceptional service to our clients, including negotiating salaries, providing updates, and ensuring seamless communication
  • Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates, built on trust, expertise, and a deep understanding of their needs
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and market developments to continuously improve your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

  • 1+ year of B2B sales experience or 6 months of recruiting experience
  • College degree (preferred but not required)
  • Proven track record of success in sales or recruitment, with a strong ability to build relationships and drive results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to write professional emails and craft compelling ads
  • Resourceful and self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed and a willingness to learn and grow
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in executive recruitment or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and market developments
  • Experience with recruitment technology systems and tools
  • Professional certifications or designations (e.g., SHRM, HRCI)
