- Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for new and existing clients
- Learn about client priorities and provide clear information on available products
- Support clients through onboarding and account setup
- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients through follow-ups and check-ins
- Collect feedback and share insights to help improve services
- Qualifications
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to manage time effectively in a remote environment
- Customer service or sales experience is helpful but not required
