We’re looking for a YouTube expert who has managed and transformed YouTube channels — not someone who just understands how it works, but someone who’s been in the trenches and delivered real, measurable growth.
  You must be able to:
• Show examples of YouTube channels you’ve personally grown or managed
• Provide specific data on what you achieved (growth in subscribers, views, engagement, etc.)
• Provide contact details for the owner or client of those channels so we can speak directly with them
If you can’t do the above, this role is not for you.

Scope:
•10 to 15 hours per week
• You’ll help shape our channel strategy, organise content, and provide direction based on performance data and insights
• We’re looking for someone who can take initiative, but is also open to input and collaboration along the way

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement growth strategies
• Optimise video SEO (titles, tags, thumbnails, descriptions, etc.)
• Advise on content topics, video formats, and upload schedules
• Organise and manage content within the channel (playlists, series, categorisation, etc.)
• Analyse performance and make data-driven adjustments
• Collaborate with our video editor and internal team
• Stay up to date with algorithm changes and YouTube best practices
