Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and provide access to Card Members upon arrival, setting the tone for a memorable experience
  • Take ownership of the Card Member's experience from start to finish, ensuring seamless and personalized support
  • Proactively resolve Card Member issues and concerns, turning potential problems into opportunities to build loyalty and advocacy
  • Utilize the Client First philosophy to understand and meet Card Member needs and expectations
  • Offer tailored concierge and lifestyle recommendations, as well as travel consultation and limited reservation assistance
  • Collaborate with food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate Card Member requests and preferences

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed as a Customer Experience Concierge, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of recent experience serving premium clients, preferably in the airline, lounge, or hospitality industry
  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to charm Card Members with every interaction
  • A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to customer service, with a passion for delivering high satisfaction ratings
  • The ability to maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals

Preferred Qualifications
