About Amazon's Delivery Station Customer Service Team
Our Delivery Station Customer Service team plays a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive their orders quickly and efficiently. As a key member of this team, you'll be responsible for investigating customer orders, contacting customers directly to confirm delivery details, and acting as an interface between our customers and Delivery Service Partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct real-time investigations to locate customer orders and determine the best course of action to get them to our customers as swiftly as possible
 - Contact customers directly via phone and/or email to confirm crucial delivery details and prevent delays
 - Act as an interface between our customers and Delivery Service Partners to identify possible root causes, solve issues, and arrange for re-delivery when required
 - Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless customer experiences
 - Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements and Qualifications
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum age: 18 years old
 - Have the right to work in the Netherlands
 - Strong communication skills in Dutch and German (both written and oral fluency – minimum of C1 level)
 - Good communication skills in English (both written and oral fluency)
 - Intermediate computer literacy
 - The availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 11:00 am to 7:30 pm
 - Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e., weekend, and overtime as required)
