As an Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist at Verisys, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering accurate and secure information to our clients. You'll be responsible for analyzing documents, researching data sources, and communicating effectively with management, peers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless data acquisition and transformation.

Key Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Analyzing documents to extract relevant data and add it to our FACIS database
  • Conducting additional research as necessary to ensure accurate data interpretation, including contacting data authorities for guidance
  • Communicating clearly and effectively with management, peers, and stakeholders on processes and data acquisition/transformation
  • Articulating data transformation processes in a clear and concise manner
  • Taking on additional periodical and/or ad-hoc projects/tasks as needed to support the team's goals and objectives
  • Working independently with limited oversight to meet quality and efficiency benchmarks
  • Utilizing provided resources to answer questions and seek assistance when necessary
  • Completing items within the Data Entry queue in a timely and efficient manner

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential and preferred qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office products
  • Strong critical thinking skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to learn quickly and adjust priorities throughout the day
  • Uncompromising approach to meeting/exceeding pressing deadlines and expectations
  • Ability to work as part of a team to provide on-time results

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Healthcare industry experience is a plus
  • Experience in data entry and comparison
