**Experienced Data Insights Analyst – Client Support Reporting and Analytics**

We're committed to fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning, and we're looking for talented individuals who share our values to join our team. **Key Responsibilities** As a Data Insights Analyst, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: * **Creating and Maintaining Client Support Dashboards and Reports**: Develop and maintain worldwide client support dashboards and reports for both internal partners and vendor partners within various BI tools like Tableau. * **Collaborating with the Netflix Information Perception Group**: Work closely with the Netflix Information Perception group to migrate ad-hoc Tableau dashboards into Netflix's custom data visualization tools. * **Analyzing and Interpreting Large Datasets**: Extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in client support data. * **Providing Level One Support to Vendor Partners**: Offer level one support to vendor partners and data buyers, working closely with Information Design teams to ensure the timely resolution of data integrity issues. * **Training and Educating Clients**: Teach and train clients on how to effectively use and interpret reports and data. * **Maintaining Cutting-Edge Documentation**: Develop and maintain up-to-date documentation, including data dictionaries, report definitions, and best practices. * **Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams**: Work closely with various cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements, business processes, and KPIs. * **Preparing and Presenting Executive-Level Reports**: Prepare and present occasional executive-level reports on status, insights, and trends to inform and guide critical business decisions. **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: * A bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. * 4+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and business acumen, preferably in a client support or related functional setting. * Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar. * Proven experience in creating complex reports, dashboards, and visualizations that provide actionable insights to drive business improvements. * Experience working with large datasets and performing data cleansing, transformation, and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity. * Project/program management, process improvement, influencing, presenting, and consulting skills. * Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills – the ability to convey complex ideas in simple terms, engaging diverse audiences to drive results. **Preferred Qualifications** While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable: * Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. * Experience working with cloud-based data platforms and big data technologies. * Certification in data science, business analytics, or a related field. * Experience with data storytelling and visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar. **What We Offer** As a Data Insights Analyst at [Company Name], you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
