Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support
• Handle a broad range of personal tasks on behalf of clients, including making reservations, shopping, event planning, travel assistance, and more
• Research options, call vendors and businesses, and make purchases on behalf of clients
• Utilize cutting-edge AI tooling, Zendesk, and Google Suite to efficiently manage tasks and client interactions
• Demonstrate a customer-obsessed approach, ensuring high standards are met and exceeded when required
• Manage competing priorities, structuring and prioritizing workload effectively to meet client needs
• Collaborate with the team to drive business success and contribute to the development of the company's mission

Essential Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, personal or professional assistant services, or event planning
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid authorization to work in the U.S.
• Legal age of employment (at least 18 years old)
