We're now seeking an experienced Corporate Communications Specialist to join our global team in a hybrid remote role. As a key member of our communications team, you'll play a vital role in bringing our Health & Safety function to life within our organization, while also supporting internal communications and other ad hoc projects. About the Role

As a Corporate Communications Specialist, you'll work closely with our Communications Manager to develop and implement engaging communications campaigns that support our Health & Safety function and other business objectives. Your expertise will help to build a strong network within and outside the function, identify communications opportunities, and measure the effectiveness of our communications efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement creative and engaging communications campaigns for the Health & Safety function, in collaboration with senior business stakeholders
• Build a strong network within and outside the Health & Safety function to support understanding of opportunities and challenges and identify communications opportunities
• Work closely with regional communications teams to tailor global communications to regional needs
• Execute communications campaign ideas and plans that support company objectives and win hearts and minds
• Measure the effectiveness of all communications efforts to identify best practices and areas for improvement
• Create engaging content, including news articles, videos, podcasts, infographics, and other visual communications, to support the Health & Safety function and other projects
• Complete all work to agreed timelines, in a consistent and professional manner, and adhere to established processes and governance where required
• Provide proactive measurement of communications campaigns and publications, and report on KPIs

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Communications, Sustainability, Logistics, Commerce, or a related discipline
• A minimum of 3 years' experience working in a communications and/or public relations role, with a proven track record of delivering results
• Experience dealing with a diverse range of employee audiences and stakeholders, and ability to communicate clearly and effectively with individuals/teams at all levels within an organization
• Proven discretion and experience dealing with confidential information, with excellent written and oral communications skills (in English)
• Ability to create engaging content using various tools, such as Canva, Poppulo, and others, and expertise in relevant computer applications, including Microsoft Office, Sharepoint, video editing, and design software
• A flexible, self-motivated, engaged, result-driven, and proactive approach to work, with the ability to relate to, collaborate with, and influence stakeholders at all levels

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

While not essential, the following qualifications and skills are highly desirable:

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a focus on communications or a related discipline
• 1-3 years of work experience in a communications role, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment
