About the Role
In this remote role, you'll work from home with occasional in-person trainings and meetings, providing flexibility and work-life balance. As a Customer Sales and Service Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our products and services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming calls from customers and responding to requests about installation, disconnection, changes to service, and Verizon products and services.
 - Identifying customer needs and proactively offering our products and services to meet those needs.
 - Contacting customers by phone or in writing concerning past due payments, and resolving any outstanding issues.
 - Investigating and resolving customer inquiries and disputes on service, billing, rates, adjustments, and policy issues.
 - Verifying service order accuracy and completeness, and making corrections or changes as needed.
 - Working evenings, weekends, holidays, and unscheduled shifts as determined by the needs of the business.

 - Previous collections experience.
 - Experience with selling products and services.
 - Demonstrated ability to communicate with detail and precision.

The compensation range for this position is between $648.50 and $1,775.00 weekly based on a full-time schedule, depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive-based position with the potential to earn more.
