Job Summary
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients' customers, providing exceptional service and support via inbound and outbound calls. This is a full-time, remote opportunity that requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
- Receive and respond to inbound English calls from clients' customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries.
- Place outbound calls to existing English clients and customers, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Answer questions from customers, forward messages to clients, and maintain accurate records of interactions.
- Meet and exceed Quality Assurance requirements and other key performance metrics, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in customer service.
- Maintain a working knowledge of company products, services, and promotions for our clients, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and offerings.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and clients.
- Flexible availability, including a willingness to work varied hours between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections.
- A strong work ethic and self-starting attitude, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to learn and navigate new software quickly, with a basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Leadership skills and a goal-oriented approach, with a commitment to professional work ethics.
- Reliable transportation and previous Customer Service experience, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role (preferred).
Work-from-Home Requirements
To work effectively in our remote environment, you will need:
- A PC/Laptop with at least Windows 10 (Apple/Mac products, Chromebooks, and tablets are not compatible).
- A hard-wired high-speed internet connection (ethernet cable).
- A USB-connected Headset.
- A Webcam.
- A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions, including pets and children.
