Key Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences and Driving Sales Growth

  • Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate, collaborating with senior representatives or specialized teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Respond to requests for assistance and/or process payments, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, maintaining accurate records and providing insights to improve our services.
  • Provide feedback on call issues, contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service and sales operations.
  • Meet sales objectives as defined, leveraging your skills and expertise to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

Essential Qualifications: The Skills and Competencies We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, demonstrating a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • High school graduate or equivalent (GED), with a strong foundation in written and oral communication.
  • Ability to type 25 words per minute, with a strong proficiency in using desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems.
  • Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues, identify solutions, and make informed decisions.
  • Availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by our business needs.
  • A minimum of 6 months of sales experience, demonstrating a proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.

  • Call center experience, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Organization and work prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize activities, and meet productivity standards.
  • Ability to work independently, with a strong sense of self-motivation and discipline.
  • Strong listening skills, with the ability to effectively understand customer needs, concerns, and feedback.
  • Superior negotiating skills, with the ability to resolve issues, address concerns, and drive sales growth through effective communication and negotiation.

Work from Home Requirements: Ensuring a Seamless and Productive Experience

  • Internet Requirements:
    • Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeding 15.0 Mbps.
    • Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeding 5.0 Mbps.
    • ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms.
    • Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN.
    • Proof of internet speed required.
  • Clean and quiet workspace, free from distractions and interruptions, to ensure a productive and professional work environment.
