Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone, responding promptly and professionally to member concerns.

  • Document and track customer interactions using internal systems, maintaining accurate records and providing valuable insights to improve our service.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • Residency: Must be based in the United States.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with members and team members.
  • Problem-solving and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
  • Empathy and patience when addressing customer concerns, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Comfortable using technology and navigating multiple systems simultaneously, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, help desk, or related field, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer experiences.
  • Familiarity with streaming platforms or technology support, with a understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in the entertainment industry.
